The front desk staff -especially Muriel on afternoon/evenings was terrific! Professional, friendly, extremely helpful! The hotel is in a good part of town just a couple of blocks from the major tourist sites. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Wifi signal is strong throughout the facility. Restaurant had very nice hot breakfast options.

I liked the location, the room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was good.They offer free parking which is a plus if you are staying in downtown. Breakfast was great.

Excellent staff, very helpful and spoke good English. Good location walking distance from the town centre. Nice swimming pool.

A decent business hotel in the old down town. There is a good bar and restaurant on the same street if you want something more than a club sandwich. The pool area is nice too with views of the river.

Clean Room, Clean Sheets, Good Bed. Good Location, they are at 3 miles from Old Downtown Asuncion and also about 5 miles to the New City Center so your are close to both sites. Great Breakfast American Style, recommended to start your day.

Comfortable bed, coffee machine in the room, desk chair so I could work on a computer.

The font office staff were so helpful and respectful, Virginia was the lady whom was on duty the most whist i was there and Virginia was outstanding, Enrique was very helpful and respectful, also Lorena , thank you so much you made my stay in Asuncion even more special thank you graham cooper

Staff on the front desk, especially the young lady and young man were totally switched on and excellent at what they do. Bravo and give them a pay rise!
